Prima Luce is a cozy and spacious vacation apartment in Le Marche. It is located in the larger vacation home. It has its own private terrace with fantastic views over the hills, the garden, the swimming pool and the mountains of the Monti Sibillini National Park. Outside on the terrace there is the dining table with chairs and BBQ.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with four burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer drawers. A long dining table and living room area complete the whole. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. There is also air conditioning for refreshment in the summer and heating in the winter.

There is private parking and a common swimming pool of 6 by 12 meters with stunning views over the typical Italian fields and on the majestic Monti Sibillini mountains. So come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation in Le Marche!
