One bedroom has a double bed, and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

There is a private parking space. The 6 by 12 meter shared swimming pool is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas and has a beautiful view over the typical Italian fields and the majestic Monti Sibillini mountains.
